Hotel Reservations and Booking Information
We have secured 100 participants at the New Fujiya Hotel and 50 participants at the Atami Korakuen Hotel at a special conference discount rate. If you wish to stay at the conference discount rate, please complete the "Tentative Reservation for Hotel Accommodation" form, available via this link or under the “Accommodation” tab on the Registration page. Those who complete the survey will receive information regarding the official reservation and payment procedures in May, 2026.
✨New: As single rooms at the New Fujiya Hotel are no longer available, we kindly ask participants requesting single accommodation to consider the Atami Korakuen Hotel.
Use of Public Baths (Important Notice)
Please note that the public bath facilities at both New Fujiya Hotel and Atami Korakuen Hotel are subject to the following rules. We kindly ask all participants to review and respect these regulations in advance.
・Please note that guests with tattoos or body art (including paint or body stickers) are not permitted to use the public bath facilities.
・Children aged seven years and older are requested not to bathe with the opposite gender.
Please note that these rules apply only to the shared public bath facilities. Bathrooms in individual guest rooms are not subject to these restrictions.
