The event is organised in a picnic style, so we kindly encourage all participants to bring their own food, snacks, and drinks.

We aim to create a relaxed, friendly, and safe atmosphere for everyone, with the support of our volunteers and community partners.

What you can enjoy:

• Take photos with a police van and try on police uniforms

• Explore a fire engine and see real firefighting equipment

• Watch a free CPR demonstration by St John Ambulance

• Discover medical and emergency response equipment

• Join games, competitions, and fun activities for all ages

Please note:

• There is no designated area for barbecues, and such activities will not take place.

• We do not encourage food sharing between participants.

• Please follow volunteer guidance regarding cleanliness and waste disposal.

This special activity will bring together nature, exploration, creative workshops, sensory experiences, and quality time for both children and parents. With organised transport, refreshments, and activities designed for the whole family, it’s a wonderful opportunity to connect, socialise, and enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches on the East Coast.

Tomorrow, at Novotel Ipswich Centre, an event organized by Consulate General of Romania in London will bring together consular services and the Romanian community in Ipswich and Suffolk. Attendees will have access to consular assistance and the opportunity to take part in a community meeting focused on dialogue, collaboration, and future local initiatives.
