Registration will open from 10 February 2026

We kindly ask you to register for the colloquium at your earliest convenience. This will allow us to finalise the programme and local arrangements. Early bird registration is open until 23:59 CET 30 April 2026 via this link.

You will be able to register at an additional fee up until 23:59 CET 31 May 2026.

After filling in the form, you will be redirected to the external PayPal page to pay the fees. Your registration will only be complete – and you will receive confirmation of registration – once we receive that payment via PayPal.

Should you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please send organisers an email; we will be able to provide you with the details of the bank where you should wire the payment. Your registration will be complete once we receive that payment.

Under the links above you will be able to indicate if you have dietary restrictions and any further details. We would also kindly ask you to consider acting as a chair and/or discussant at the colloquium by letting us know at the time of registration of your availability.

All participants will be required to register for the colloquium. IPSA supports academic participants from low and lower-middle income countries and we have a special rate for those resident/working in such countries; the list of eligible countries can be found here: https://www.ipsa.org/membership/individual/groups . Please self-identify at the time of registration. 

Early Bird Registration Fees (before 23:59 GMT April 30, 2026):

• Faculty: Non-member €160; IPSA members & participants from Eurac €150; member from groups BCD €130

• Students & participants without presentation: €110 

• After 30 April 2026, the student rate will be raised by €30 and all other category fees by €50 

The cost of the colloquium dinner is €55 and should be paid at the time of registration.

The organisers will endeavor to provide a select pool of graduate students/early career academics with a bursary to partially cover travel expenses to Bolzano/Bozen. Please identify your eligibility and if you wish to be considered for the bursary at the time of your submission. The decision on the pool of recipients will be made in May 2026.
