Exposition Criteria Oral/Poster

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the IONS OPUMA 2020 has changed to an online only event. The IONS OPUMA 2020 Organizing Committee (hereafter the Organizing Committee) updates the invitation terms for the online only format of the IONS OPUMA 2020. Therefore, in addition to the Invitation Terms you agreed before the COVID-19 pandemic, the following points regarding the format of your presentation (poster session or oral presentation).

1. The Organizing Committee will schedule one 15 minute talk (12 minutes for content and 3 minutes for questions) according to the field you want your work to be classified. The students' talks will be delivered through the remote conferencing service Zoom. The login credentials for Zoom will be provided by the OSA.
2. The Organizing Committee will send you your login credentials at least a week before your presentation.
3. The Organizing Committee will moderate each student's talk. You should respect the alloted time, otherwise the moderator may end your presentation.
4. You must login into the Zoom session 15 minutes before the start of the official presentation session.
5. You agree that your presentation will be recorded and shared with all the registered attendees up to two days after it took place. One copy of your talk will be sent to you for your records.

In case you accept, the recording of your presentation will be made public and posted by the IONS OPUMA 2020 in either its Facebook page (ionsopuma2020), Twitter Account (@IonsOpuma2020) or its official site.

How will it be carried out?

Students talk will be held on Zoom supported by the OSA, the time of the talk will be 15 minutes long (12 minutes exposition + 3 minutes for questions and answers).

There will be 1 OSA UNAM Student Chapter moderator,

• He/She will lets viewers talk and ask a question
• He/She will support the speaker with their presentation

And more than one expert on the field

• The invited speakers will be on the chat room of their respective fields and are expected to participate in it.
• The should specially give some feedback to the presenters if possible.

1. The Organizing Committee will provide you with a poster template optimized for Facebook and Twitter available at the next link: POSTER TEMPLATE.
2. The Organizing Committee will send you at least one week before the event instructions on how to post your poster on Facebook and Twitter and the schedule for you to do it.
3. You fully understand that by participating in this event of the IONS OPUMA 2020 you are making public the content of your work and you take full responsibility for any consequences this action may have.

How will it be carried out?

Posters will be posted on both Facebook and Twitter allowing questions and discussion on the project as a forum format.

• There will be a schedule for the posting according to the field the work belongs to.
• The presented works will be evaluated by the invited speaker for a competition. Giving feedback is essential to the event.
• A special format will be requested.
