The mentorship program does not have strict requirements, but in general is designed as follows:
Mentees are from any country outside of the US
Mentees are planning to apply to genetic counseling graduate programs in the US within the next year
Mentees agree to proactively set and meet reasonable deadlines with their mentor
There is no cost for participating in the mentorship program. All of our mentors are volunteers. We're a team of GCs passionate about international genetic counseling!
"What if I want to learn more about genetic counseling, but I'm not ready to apply to graduate school this year?"
