This Privacy Policy applies to the TripSplit mobile application, developed and published by InspireCraft Apps.

TripSplit is an offline group expense, bill-splitting, and debt-settlement application designed to help users track shared expenses, calculate balances, and simplify group settlements.

1. Local Data Storage & Offline Functionality

TripSplit is designed as an offline-first application. We do not require you to create an account, nor do we operate a cloud server to store your core app data.

All information you manually enter into the app is stored locally on your device. This includes:

• Trip names and dates

• Group member names

• Expense amounts, descriptions, and currency selections

• Payment records and trip checklists

Because this information remains on your device, InspireCraft Apps does not collect, transmit, or have access to your trip and expense records.

2. Advertising & Automatically Collected Data

While your trip data remains private and local, TripSplit uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob is a third-party service provided by Google, which automatically collects certain technical information to serve and manage ads.

Information processed by Google AdMob may include:

• Device identifiers and Advertising IDs

• IP addresses and approximate location

• Device type, operating system, and app version

• General interaction and ad performance metrics

This data collection is managed entirely by Google in accordance with their own privacy and advertising policies. InspireCraft Apps does not sell your personal information to advertisers. Depending on your region and device settings, you may have the option to opt out of personalized advertising.

3. Data Sharing & Disclosure

TripSplit does not routinely share any of your locally stored data with us or third parties. We only disclose information when reasonably necessary to:

4. Data Retention & Deletion

Because TripSplit does not utilize an online database, you have full control over your data.

• To delete your data: You can clear your locally saved trips within the app, clear the application data via your Android device settings, or uninstall the app completely.

• Warning: Uninstalling TripSplit will permanently remove all locally stored trip and expense records from your device.

Information processed independently by Google AdMob is retained and deleted according to Google's own data retention policies.

5. Security

We prioritize your privacy by keeping core data local. However, the security of that data relies on your device. We recommend utilizing standard device security measures, such as a screen lock or biometric authentication, to protect the information stored within the app.

6. Children's Privacy

TripSplit is not directed toward children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information directly, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
