This Privacy Policy applies to the FuelMate mobile application (hereinafter referred to as "Application"), developed and published by InspireCraft Apps (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider"). This Application is provided as an ad-supported service and is intended for use “AS IS.”

Local Data Storage (User-Entered Data)

FuelMate is designed with a privacy-first, offline-first approach:

• On-Device Storage: All vehicle data entered by the user—including odometer readings, fuel purchase logs, fuel volume, expense amounts, service intervals, and maintenance records—is stored locally on your device.

• No Cloud Server Transmission: The Service Provider does not operate external database servers, accounts, or cloud storage for your vehicle logs. Your personal vehicle tracking logs never leave your device and are not uploaded to, accessed by, or stored by the Service Provider.

Information Collection and Third-Party Services (Google AdMob)

While your vehicle logs remain strictly local, the Application integrates third-party services that may automatically collect certain diagnostic and advertising information to serve ads.

Third-Party Advertising: The Application uses Google AdMob to display advertisements (such as banners, interstitials, or rewarded ads). Google AdMob may collect and process information in accordance with its own privacy policies. This data may include:

• Device Internet Protocol (IP) address

• Mobile Advertising Identifier (Google Advertising ID / GAID)

• Device model, manufacturer, and operating system version

• General diagnostic, crash, and ad performance data (such as impressions and interactions)

Location Data

The Application does not request, track, or collect precise GPS location data.

How Information Is Used

Information processed through third-party services is used exclusively to:

• Serve non-personalized or personalized advertisements via Google AdMob

• Maintain, analyze, and optimize ad performance and app stability

• Prevent fraudulent ad interactions and ensure ad network compliance

Opt-Out and Data Control

• Deleting Local Vehicle Logs: Because your fuel and maintenance records are stored entirely on your device, you have complete control over them. You can permanently erase all logs at any time by clearing the Application's storage via your device settings (Settings > Apps > FuelMate > Storage > Clear Data) or by uninstalling the Application.

• Opting Out of Personalized Ads: You can reset or opt out of personalized ad tracking directly from your Android device by visiting Settings > Google > Ads (or Privacy > Ads) and selecting "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization."

Children’s Privacy

The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through third-party services utilized by the Application, please contact us so appropriate action can be taken.

Security

The security of your data is paramount. Your vehicle and mileage records stay confined to your device's private application sandbox. While no method of digital transmission or storage is 100% secure, keeping your logs offline minimizes exposure to external vulnerabilities.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any revisions will be published with an updated effective date on this page or directly within the Application. Continued use of the Application following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
