1. Offline Gameplay and Local Data

Pocket Ludo Game is designed primarily as an offline multiplayer experience (2 to 4 players on a single device).

• No Account Required: We do not require you to create an account, log in, or provide personal details (like your name, email, or phone number) to play the game.

• Local Storage: Any game progress, settings, or player names entered during a match are stored locally on your device. The Service Provider does not upload, store, or have access to this local game data on any external servers.

2. Third-Party Services and Advertising (Google AdMob)

While the core gameplay is offline, the Application requires an internet connection to serve advertisements. We use Google AdMob to display these ads (such as banner ads or interstitial ads between games).

To serve and manage these advertisements, Google AdMob may automatically collect certain technical information from your device, including:

• Device Internet Protocol (IP) address

• Device model, manufacturer, and operating system version

• General diagnostic, crash, and ad performance data

• Mobile Advertising Identifiers (Google Advertising ID / GAID) – Note: See the Children's Privacy section below regarding how this applies to younger users.

3. Children’s Privacy (Google Play Families Policy Compliance)

Pocket Ludo Game is a classic board game that appeals to a broad, mixed audience, including children. We are committed to protecting the privacy of children and strictly comply with the Google Play Families Policy and COPPA.

• Non-Personalized Ads for Children: We have configured our Google AdMob settings to serve only non-personalized advertisements to users identified as children. These ads are contextual and are not based on the user's past browsing behavior.

• No Tracking Identifiers: For users under the applicable age of digital consent, the Application is configured to prevent the transmission of the Android Advertising Identifier (AAID) and other persistent device identifiers used for ad tracking, as required by Google Play policy.

• Age-Appropriate Content: We exclusively use Google Play self-certified Ad Networks (via AdMob) to ensure that all ads displayed within the Application are screened for family-friendly content.

If a parent or guardian believes that we have inadvertently collected personally identifiable information from a child in violation of applicable laws, please contact us immediately so we can remove the information.

4. Location Data

The Application does not request location permissions, nor does it track, collect, or transmit your precise GPS location.

5. Opt-Out and Data Control

• Resetting Game Data: You can delete all local game data and settings at any time by clearing the Application's storage via your device settings (Settings > Apps > Pocket Ludo Game > Storage > Clear Data) or by uninstalling the Application.

• Ad Preferences: Adult users can control personalized advertising and reset their Advertising ID directly from their Android device by navigating to Settings > Google > Ads (or Privacy > Ads) and adjusting their preferences.

6. Security

We value your trust in using our Application. Because the game operates largely offline and does not collect personal contact information, your risk profile is extremely low. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in Google Play Developer policies or app features. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective Date" below. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted will signify your acceptance of the updated policy.
