Tax Tools: ITR & Tax ("Application") is provided as a free utility service. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled, collected, and protected when you use our mobile application.

Google Play Data Safety Compliance Notice:

This application processes user-selected ITR JSON files and financial records strictly offline on-device. No personal tax documents or uploaded financial datasets are transmitted to external servers.

• App navigation screens viewed, time and date of interactions, and session duration

• Operating system version and hardware device specifications

We do not collect precise geographic location data. We do not harvest personal information unless you explicitly choose to provide it (such as contacting developer support via email).

2. Third-Party Services & Advertising

The Application integrates trusted third-party services that maintain independent privacy frameworks:

• Google AdMob: Serves non-intrusive advertisements in compliance with Google Play monetization policies. AdMob may utilize advertising identifiers to display relevant content.

• Firebase Crashlytics: Monitors application stability, collects anonymized stack traces, and helps diagnose unhandled exceptions to ensure a zero-crash experience.

3. Offline Storage & Local Processing

The core features of the Application—including ITR JSON parsing, tax computation reports, and financial calculators—operate completely offline. Any data parsed or managed within the app remains saved locally on your device storage.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Collected diagnostic data is retained only as long as necessary for app performance analysis. You can request data clarification or deletion inquiries by reaching out via email. All data collection processes cease immediately upon uninstalling the Application.

5. Children’s Privacy

The Application is a professional tax and financial utility tool and is not structured or intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

6. Security Measures

We apply robust administrative, technical, and procedural safeguards to protect application data. However, absolute security cannot be guaranteed over digital electronic transmissions.
