Employee Support Program (ESP)
A No-Cost Mental Health & Wellness Support Service for Your Business or Organization
The Employee Support Program (ESP) is a modern alternative to traditional Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs).
Unlike standard EAPs—which charge employers a per-employee monthly fee—ESP offers your employees direct access to high-quality, confidential mental health care using their own health insurance benefits.
There are no program fees, no contracts, and no cost to the employer.
How an ESP Works
1. Employees Contact the Provider Directly
Employees reach out to INSITE Integrative Services (Ed Geraty, LCSW-C, LICSW)) through a dedicated confidential portal, email, or phone number. No employer involvement is required.
2. We Verify Their Insurance
We work with most major insurance plans across multiple states. Employees simply provide their insurance information and we verify coverage. We do not accept Medicaid (State Medical Assistance).
3. Employees Pay Only Their Insurance-Based Copay or Deductible
There are no employer fees.
Employees use their own behavioral health benefits, and payment is determined by their individual plan.
4. Confidential Clinical Care
Employees receive the same high-quality psychotherapy and wellness services you’d expect from an EAP—without employer billing or reporting.
5. Optional Reporting (Non-clinical attendance reporting)
If the employees referral is performance based, with the employee’s written consent, and If an employer wishes, ESP can provide a monthly attendance report—but never clinical details.
