Installing PyRx for Molecular Docking
PyRx is a molecular docking software that helps you find the best way to dock small chemical molecules (ligands) to a target protein. It shows the best molecule that will interact with a protein. PyRx lets medicinal chemists do virtual screening from any platform and helps them with every step of the process, from getting the data ready to submitting the job and looking at the results. There is no magic button in the drug discovery process, but PyRx has a docking wizard with an easy-to-use interface that makes it a valuable tool for computer-aided drug design.

How to Download and Install PyRx on your computer
To download PyRx in any browser, copy and paste the link (https://sourceforge.net/projects/pyrx/) into the address bar and hit "ENTER." (Figure 1.)

2. Click on "Download" and wait a few minutes.

After downloading PyRx, install it on your device and create a shortcut on your desktop (Figure 3).

Now you have installed PyRx.
