InHappy had worked on the song Over the Mountains for a few months before it's official release. The main guitar riffs that run throughout the song took a very long time to perfect. InHappy did 57 takes of this song in 12 minutes. The Well was made as a fun fingerpicked style song that would be made for the sole purpose of being on the back side of a single, a fun song nonetheless.  New Heights and Over the Mountains were released within 5 days of each other
