A committment to non-violence and safety is paramount to Indivisible Polk County. Our peace team attends all public in-person events, rallies, and protests to ensure volunteers adhere to safety guidelines, make sure folks know where to get water and basic first aid, and to respond to safety concerns that may arise.Β
Help write outreach letters, draft op-eds, manage social media pages, organize public relations training, or coordinate neighborhood canvasing. Communication within our community is the most effective way we can enact real change.Β
