Oregon Governor: Tina Kotek
Although, Indivisible is a non-partisan organization, there are certain candidates who will be more effective in our efforts to stop the rise of authoritarianism and promote the protection of our democracy and constitution. In particular, our group is highly in support of the re-election of Governor Tina Kotek. Oregon could turn backwards in time when it comes to environmental protections, public health, homelessness, and more if Governor Kotek isn’t re-elected.
Polk County Commissioner, Position #3: Jeremy Gordon
Commissioner Jeremy Gordon was carefully and thoughtfully selected by Indivisible Polk as our candidate of choice for Polk County Commissioner before the May primaries. Jeremy Gordon has done amazing work over the past 4 years to improve the homeless situation in Polk County, improving rural broadband access, protecting our natural resources, and championing a rural county like ours at the state and national level. He is in a run-off to stay in office.
