The Cell and Tissue Storage

    1.  MACS® Tissue Storage Solution (#130-110-008, 100mL)

                사람의 샘플이나 동물 조직을 apoptosis나 necrosis의 유도 없이 48시간까지 냉장보관 유지 가능 

               (조직마다 다름. Brain은 24시간 이내, Liver는 2시간 이내) 

    2.  MACS® Cell Storage Solution (#130-130-263, 100mL)

                Fresh한 primary single suspension cell을 보관 또는 운반 시 72시간까지 냉장보관 유지 가능

    3.  MACS® Freezing Solution (#130-129-552, 50mL)

                Primary cell과 solid tissue의 장기 보존을 위해 -80 ℃에서 보관 가능

    1.  Debris Removal Solution (#130-109-398, 2×45 mL)

                - 바로 사용이 가능한 density gradient reagent 로 빠르고 효과적으로 debris 제거 가능

                - 1g 조직을 사용시, 50회 사용가능

    2.  Dead Cell Removal Kit (#130-090-101, for 1×10⁹ total cells)

                - Microbeads과 binding buffer를 이용하여 dead cell 을 쉽고 빠르게 제거

    3.  Endotoxin Removal Beads

                - 정제된 단백질로부터 endotoxin과 DNA를 쉽고 빠르게 제거

                - Beads에 공유 결합된 polycationic ligand는 endotoxins과 DNA의 polyanionic molecules과 강하게 결합되는 윈리로 제거
