Coaching Staff
Charles Glenn is a lifetime soccer player and comes to IHS with 8 years of youth coaching experience. He’s an ambitious professional and will bring a passion for creating solutions and a passion for innovation through team collaboration. He has continually demonstrated the technical and tactical skills needed to produce high-performing teams. Charles’ love for soccer began when he started playing soccer starting at the age of 5 and progressed through playing club, high school, college, and semi-pro.
Coaching Philosophy from Charles:
As a coach, I want to create a positive learning environment for players of all levels. I strive to coach a possession style of play with a strong emphasis on proper technique and good awareness to make quick and accurate decisions under pressure. Coaching players to be confident on and off the ball while on the field.
I want players to find their own love of the game through their effort, passion, willingness to learn, and most importantly, competing at their highest level, both in soccer and life.

It is my desire to as a coach, every year, to empower my players to expand on their creativity, to take chances and to embrace the tradition and unique experiences that high school provide".
