To celebrate Halloween, our students of 1st ESO in the Bilingual Section took part in a Halloween-themed gymkhana, where they completed a variety of fun challenges. These included relay races to play tic-tac-toe and complete a bingo card, and building a tower with Halloween cups using only one hand (also as part of a relay race). It was a fun and engaging way to celebrate the holiday through physical education. The students had a great time! .
Para celebrar Halloween, nuestros alumnos/as de 1º ESO de la Sección Bilingüe realizaron una yincana con temática de la festividad, en la que realizaron distintas pruebas, como por ejemplo varias carreras de relevos para hacer cuatro en raya y completar un cartón de bingo, o hacer una torre con los vasos de Halloween con una sola mano (también en carrera de relevos). Otra manera lúdica de celebrar esta festividad a través de la educación física. ¡Los alumnos/as disfrutaron mucho!
During the event of Puertas abiertas, held on March 12 in the afternoon, the Physical Education department organised a workshop consisting of a relay race between two teams. In each race, the students had to carry a card with a word on it and stick it in the correct place. The cards featured English vocabulary related to sports, actions, and physical education equipment. It was an interesting and fun way to showcase the subject within the Bilingual Section.
En la jornada de puertas abiertas celebrada el día 12 de marzo en horario de tarde, desde el departamento de educación física se realizó un taller que consistía en una carrera de relevos en dos equipos. Los chicos/as tenían que llevar en cada carrera una tarjeta con una palabra y la tenían que pegar en el lugar correcto. Las tarjetas comprendían vocabulario en inglés relacionado con deportes, acciones, así como material de educación física. Una manera interesante y divertida de dar a conocer la materia en la Sección Bilingüe.

The students of 3rd ESO from the Bilingual Section enjoyed an unforgettable morning on December 2nd: several international players from Perfumerías Avenida Xoborg joined their P.E. class for a special basketball session led by coach Álex Bellido. Our students received tips to improve their shooting technique from Ife Okeke, Ousmane Korouma, and Rodrigo Choithramani and, in a relaxed and cheerful atmosphere, they were able to train, learn, and share their thoughts about European and American basketball with real professionals.
In addition, the players surprised us by giving tickets to one of their games at the Würzburg arena for all the students in the Bilingual Section.
Los alumnos de 3º ESO de la Sección Bilingüe vivieron una mañana inolvidable el 2 de diciembre: varios jugadores internacionales del Perfumerías Avenida Xoborg se unieron a su clase de Educación Física para una sesión especial sobre baloncesto, a las órdenes del entrenador Álex Bellido. Nuestros alumnos recibieron consejos para mejorar su técnica de tiro de la mano de Ife Okeke, Ousmane Korouma y Rodrigo Choithramani y, entre risas y con un ambiente distendido, pudieron entrenar, aprender y compartir impresiones sobre el baloncesto europeo y americano con auténticos profesionales.
Además, los jugadores nos sorprendieron dejando entradas para uno de sus partidos en el pabellón Würzburg para todos los alumnos de la Sección Bilingüe.
