Since the major part of the workshop participants is supposed to be formed of the residents of Brazil and Latin America, it was decided to organize sessions with voice-over translation from English to Portuguese and vice versa. 30 headphone sets were acquired in order to complement this idea. We hope it facilitates greatly the communication and helps creating a lively comfortable ambient for the workshop members.
