Visit to IEA-R1
It is our greatest pleasure to invite all the workshop guests to a short IEA-R1 tour on Thursday, November 30 from 4:30 to 6:00 PM. The tour will include a visit to reactor pool area and control rooms, as well as to the research laboratories in the reactor building.
Conference dinner
Conference dinner is planned for Wednesday, November 29, 8:00PM. We invite everyone to try the buffet at a typical Brazilian restaurant Bovinu's. Though it specializes in BBQ, the menu is variate and we hope to take into account effectively the preferences of all the workshop participants. Thus, we kindly ask our guests to mention their food restrictions while filling out the registration form.
Though the restaurant is 10 minutes walking from the WZ Hotel, we are trying to arrange transportation.
The tickets for workshop dinner will cost R$50,00 for registered participants and R$115,00 for guests, including the buffet and non-alcoholic drinks.
The workshop budget covers the buffet expenses for the invited speakers.
