CAPAI is a non-profit dedicated to addressing “the causes and conditions of poverty in Idaho.” CAPAI oversees Community Action Partnership (CAP) agencies located throughout the state. Each CAP serves as a hub for services offered through the association. Resources offered include:
Food pantry, USDA commodities distribution, information and referral assistance, emergency utility assistance, supportive services for veterans, educational resource assistance, telephone assistance, weatherization assistance, HIV testing and support, and affordable housing support.
