IDVA/ISID Scholarships are open to all students graduating in the 2025-26 school year.
IDVA/ISID encourages students to apply for all the scholarships for which they qualify.
Only one IDVA/ISID scholarship will be awarded to an individual student.
IDVA/ISID scholarships can be used at any institution, in any state, not just Idaho!
Scholarship recipients will be announced during the graduation ceremonies.
Video Instructions here. You will download and submit the application through your online school/Canvas. Go to Dashboard>Support-Mecham>Assignments. Download the document to your computer. Type in the Word Doc, save and submit, just like a regular assignment.
Scholarship submission deadline is March 1, 2026. Late or incomplete applications will not be accepted.

Scholarship Idaho is a single, common application for 8 state-managed scholarships*. Eligibility is determined in real-time and backed by school-reported data.
To start their application(s) students will need:
Social Security Number (SSN)
Personal E-mail Address
Do not use your IDVA student email address.
Scholarship notifications will be sent to the inbox provided; your address will NOT be used for any other purposes.
EDUID
This is a unique state identification number assigned to each student.
You are encouraged to know your EDUID, but it is not required.
NOTE: With conflicting eligibility requirements, no student could qualify for ALL scholarships at once.
*The scholarships on Scholarship Idaho are administered by the Office of the Idaho State Board of Education (OSBE) with funding from a variety of sources.

Ask your parents or grandparents if they are members of Rotary, Lions Club, or Kiwanis. These clubs often offer scholarships for members' children.
Do you have a job? Ask your employer if the company offers a scholarship.

Keep track of scholarships you have identified, application deadlines, and contact information. Here is a handy tracking sheet to download and use, or you can make your own!
Be aware of scholarship scams. You should not be charged a fee for a scholarship. Also, watch for wording such as finalist letter or scholarship guarantee.
