Call Stride/K12 Tech Support & Customer Support at 1-866-512-2273 or go to help.k12.com to chat with a representative. Let your teacher or counselor know if you experience technical issues.
We understand that computer or internet issues can happen from time to time! However, it’s important to remember that students are still expected to keep up with their course lessons and attend live Class Connect sessions, even when technical challenges arise. Please make sure to have a back-up plan in place — for example, using a different device, connecting to a mobile hotspot, or visiting a local library or another location with reliable internet. Having an alternative option ready will help you stay on schedule and ensure you don’t miss valuable learning time.
Stride/K12 has several online components built into its lessons and tools. To use Stride/K12’s program, you’ll need a computer with an Internet connection and free software programs, which you can download from the Internet. Please click on link below for complete information on computer needs.
