For our empathy map, we focus on our socially responsible and health conscious consumer segment. Because we want to make dendrites appealing to these consumers, it is crucial that we understand their thoughts and feelings. We must empathize with them.
These are the consumers that care about themselves (their own health) and others (sustainability, ethical sourcing, etc.) Grocery shopping isn't always that easy. For some they really have to tip toe on the line between healthy food or ethically sourced food versus affordable food. Having a better understanding of how customers navigate food shopping, will help us devise a better plan for dendrite technology.
