Stowbox is a local-first mobile application from ideaforgelabs that helps you organize product receipts, invoices, warranty records, and service documents in one secure place.
No account is required. Your records and documents are processed and stored locally on your device.
With Stowbox, you can:
Photograph or import receipts and warranty documents
Extract document details using on-device text recognition
Record purchase dates and warranty durations
Calculate and track warranty-expiry dates
Receive optional expiry reminders
Search and organize saved warranties
Protect access using Face ID, fingerprint, or device credentials
Manually export and restore your records
Stowbox does not operate its own cloud-storage or synchronization service.
Your warranty records and documents remain in application-private storage on your device. Stowbox does not require an account and does not use advertising or behavioral-tracking services.
If you want a separate portable copy, you can manually export your records as a ZIP file and choose where to save it.
Stowbox is an organization and reminder tool. It does not issue warranties, verify warranty coverage, submit claims, or guarantee that a manufacturer or retailer will accept a document.
Always confirm important warranty terms and claim deadlines with the relevant manufacturer, retailer, or warranty provider.
