Collaborating in Piktochart
Working on a group assignment?
Piktochart allows users to collaborate on an infographic. Before you share a workspace, each group member will need to create an account.
Important
Note that there is a four person limit to each workspace when using a free Piktochart account. If you have more than four group members, two or more people may have to find alternative ways to collaborate on the project.
Inviting a New Team Member
Go to the upper right corner click on the "Invite Member" button.
2. Enter the new team member's email address and assign them a role, and click "Invite" to send an invite.
3. Once you have started your infographic, go to the "Share" icon in the top-right-hand corner of your workspace.
4. Members of your workspace can now view and edit your designs, depending on the level of access they have been granted.
Tip for Working in Groups
When working on a group infographic, we recommend each member uses the Lock tool to hold their sections and objects in place and to help avoid deleting work.
To do this, select the object(s) you want to lock and click on the padlock item in the object toolbar.
