The facilitator guide is a comprehensive resource designed to support instructors, trainers, or facilitators in delivering an instructional program as intended. It outlines the structure, timing, key messages, instructional strategies, and facilitation techniques for each part of the learning experience. The purpose of the guide is to ensure consistency, clarity, and quality in delivery—regardless of who facilitates the session. This UNIT will be fully asynchronous and self-paced. In order to accommodate this format, a moderator guide will be developed for the individual who will oversee the online UNIT.
Below are the moderator guide, feedback survey and additional documents/resources that have been created for supporting the individual(s) responsible for managing online instructional processes necessary for the UNIT 'Understanding and Managing Your Time-Off.'
In addition to providing learners with a space to reflect on their previous emotional/terminology associations that they made at the beginning of training, the survey will evaluate the instruction on the following:
○ Ease of access
○ Content clarity
○ Length appropriateness
○ Overall satisfaction and reflection on course participation
Moderators will use feedback to improve future onboarding content or delivery.
