The learner guide is a structured, user-friendly resource developed to support participants throughout the learning experience. Its primary purpose is to reinforce and complement the instructional content by providing learners with essential information, activities, and references. It serves as both a learning companion during instruction and a reference tool afterward. This UNIT will be fully asynchronous and self-paced. In order to accommodate this format, a video learner guide will developed for this project.
Below is the learner guide video transcript, and additional job aids and tools created for supporting the individual learners completing the instructional UNIT 'Understanding and Managing Your Time-Off.'
A full video script with corresponding visual elements to be input in Articulate 360 video making software. The video will be watched at the very start of the Articulate 360 instructional UNIT.
Advanced Reflective Learning Technique Utilized in the Introductory Video:
Learners will be prompted to reflect on their prior experiences navigating time-off and PTO in a Short answer (SAQ) in Articulate. Prompt: what feelings or descriptive terms come to mind when you think of time clock management? This will be reflected on again post-training.
