This fully asynchronous UNIT is offered to NEW full-time hourly employees at a hypothetical insurance company. This instructional unit includes training incoming new employees on company's policy, procedures, and systems for requesting and tracking time off. This is to be completed during week 1 onboarding.
I completed this final critique with consideration for the rubric’s limited applicability to fully asynchronous, self-paced instructional units. I omitted certain sections that were not applicable and lacked an option to mark them as N/A.
