FINAL THOUGHTS 

Before taking this course, i honestly had no idea that CAT tools even existed, i always thought that the only real option for translating something quickly was Google Translate or other MT tools but throughout this class, i discovered that there are professional tools made specifically for translators, and they are much more powerful and accurate than i ever imagined.

I understand how useful CAT tools can be when translating different types of texts. They don’t just translate they help organize segments, maintain consistency, and make the whole process easier and faster. 

My favorite CAT tool is Smartcat, and I truly feel that from now on I will use it instead of Google Translate. It gives me better quality and helps me see translation in a more professional way.

I enjoyed this course because it opened a whole new side of translation for me, i liked comparing different tools, analyzing how each one changes the meaning, and understanding how important it is to choose the right method depending on the text, i feel more confident using CAT tools, and I’m excited to keep practicing and improving my skills
