I can not fill up the form because the connection to Google is restricted.

My name in the abstract is different from my passport name. Which one should I register?
- Please indicate both so that we might not be confused.
I do not present a paper. How can I register?
- Audiences are free to come. No registration required.

I do not want my paper to be uploaded in the web page. What should I do?
- All the papers should be uploaded. If you do not like it, you are not allowed to make a presentation in the conference.
I have submitted a paper, but want to replace it with a new one as I found errors.
- Once submitted, we do not replace your paper with a new one. Only the first submitted version will be uploaded. If you want to revise the paper, please do it in your own website (Academia.edu, for instance).

I need an invitation letter for Visa.
- We will issue an invitation letter only for those who (1) have submitted a full paper and (2) have registered and paid for the conference. If you do need the letter, please do it as soon as possible.
I want to pay but can not do through PayPal.
- We are very sorry but we can not help you in this regard. Please find someone who can pay through PayPal for you.

I am not a presenter. Should I pay ?
- No. Non-presenters are free of charge.

I can not find accommodation.
- Kyoto is the most popular touristic destination in Japan, hence hotels are always fully booked. So please prepare good in advance. We are very sorry but we do not help you to find rooms.

People speak only Japanese here. They do not understand English. What should I do?
- If you use a smart-phone, Voice Tra is recommended. It is a free application and enough for survival purposes in Japan. Just speak to the application in your own language (English, Chinese, Thai etc) and it will be translated into Japanese with Japanese sound.
