ICO ISS 2020 has been cancelled

Unfortunately, on the morning of March 11th, we have decided to cancel the ICO ISS2020. Due to a variation in national and local policies concerning the COVID-19 virus a growing number of participants and staff members indicated they are not able to travel to the Netherlands. This means we cannot guarantee a programme at an appropriate level.

Although there are at this moment no restrictions to organize or visit events in this part of the Netherlands (Kerkrade), we decided to cancel because we cannot offer the International Spring School as we have intended it. We feel very sorry about this: we were looking forward to meet everyone, and to have an inspiring and fun week.

For ICO PhD members the ICO ISS is an obligatory part of the ICO educational programme. In the following weeks we will decide on how we will deal with this situation. ICO members will be informed about this at a later stage.
