Executive Summary for City Managers

As a Busy City Manager, If you do only three things:

1. Co-create 3 metrics with staff.

2. Pick one measurable quick win.

3. Publicly celebrate improvement.

That is enough to build momentum.

Remember, if you aren't measuring it, why are you doing it?
