Library

The main Inner City Library of Maastricht University is situated at Grote Looiersstraat 17, 6211 JH Maastricht. Click here for directions on Google Maps. The medical library is called the Randwyck Library, which is located at the Medical Faculty, near the Academic Hospital.

During the week of the conference, participants of 12ICHC have free access to the library when they show their conference badge. So, don't forget your badge when you want to visit the library.

Given the young age of Maastricht University its library is not very remarkable, with the exception of the Jesuit Library though, which holds many old and rare books.

Nobel laureate Peter Debye also donated his books (mainly from his American period) to the city of Maastricht. These books are now in the University Library. See the collection here.

Also a large part of the library of the late Dr. J.W. (Hans) van Spronsen was acquired by Maastricht University.
