한국반도체학술대회(KCS 2023) 발표 수행 (2023.02.13~15)

2023년 02월 13일~15일동안 강원도 하이원리조트에서 제30회 한국반도체학술대회가 개최되었습니다.

김우희 교수님께서는 D. Thin Films Process Technology 분과의 Area-selective Deposition 세션에서 좌장 역할을 수행해주셨고, 박사과정 이진선, 이정빈 학생은 Oral 발표를, 박사과정 이정민, 학부연구생 김민정 학생은 Poster 발표를 진행하였습니다.

발표 제목은 아래와 같습니다.

이진선: "Area‐Selective Atomic Layer Deposition of Ru Thin Films Using Aldehyde-Based Inhibitors on Nitride Surfaces"

이정빈: "Atomic Layer Etching of Ruthenium Films with Organic Precursor"
