ALD/ALE 2022 국제학회 발표 수행 (2022.06.28)

2022년 6월 26일~29일동안 벨기에 ICC Ghent에서 제22회 ALD/ALE 2022 국제학회 (22nd International Conference on Atomic Layer Deposition, 9th International Atomic Layer Etching Workshop )가 개최되었습니다.

우리 연구실에서는 김우희 교수님과 박사과정 이정민 학생이 참석하였으며, 6월 28일 이정민 학생이 Area Selective ALD Poster Session에서 "Inherently Area-Selective Atomic Layer Deposition of SiO2 through Chemoselective Adsorption of an Aminodisilane Precursor on Oxide versus Nitride Substrates"를 주제로 poster 발표를 진행하였습니다.
