• What is "HXN Ignite Challenges?

It is a consultancy program focused on MSMEs, where a team of HxN collaborators and a company will co-create a set of solutions according to the companies "challenges", in other words, problems or difficulties to overcome.

• What is the lenght of the program?

The program takes about 3 months from the first meeting with the entrepreneurs. The project consists in a consultancy package of 5 to 20 hours, depending on the challenge. Each meeting will last an hour and a half, and there will be a maximum of 14 meetings.

• How are the meetings?

The meetings are going to be online, using plataforms such as zoom or google meet. We request the collaborators to participate in the meetings with the company and also have fluent communication with their team mates.

Other means of remote communication will be used internally such as slack, to keep all the team well connected during the consultancy program life.

• How to participate?

You can fill google form, at the end of the challenge information. Then, the Project Leader of your chosen challenge, will get in touch with you and explain all the necessities to get you ready on board.

• I don´t have a lot of time, but I still want to participate:

It is desirable for the collaborators to participate in all the meetings. However, we understand that volunteers have different situations. The advisors are requested to participate in the meetings regarding their expertise, but not required to be in all of the consultancy package.
