With the trend of smart health monitoring systems, the monitoring of electrocardiogram (ECG) signals with non-contact electrodes has been studied and shown to be effective for people in terms of comfort, ease of integration into wearables. This system is applied to measure the electrical signals of the heart of pregnant women to help monitor the health status of both mother and baby at home in a simple way.
Measure the fetal electrical signal with the signal of the pregnant mother to monitor the health of the fetus regularly.
Project "Research and development fetal electrocardiogram system with non-contact electrodes" focuses on designing of a non-contact electrode for electrocardiography. In order to achieve high input impedance and low input capacitance, the techniques of bootstrap biasing and input capacitance cancellation were applied in the design of the AFE. The ECG signal entering the electrode will be amplified and filtered for noise before being collected and processed by the signal processing system, then being displayed by the mobile device via Bluetooth.
