Polar lab| PBS

Event though it is intended for younger students, this interactive website allows you to become a researcher in the polar regions without leaving your house! The website allows you to discover changes in polar regions in order to understand our changing climate.

Freight Farms

Freight farms is an organization that pursues many projects concerning sustainable farming. They offer a series of webinars on sustainable farming, micro farming, vertical farming, and many topics that can be applied for any sustainable projects, urban planning homework, or just to learn something new! If you can't attend the webinar, they offer the recordings!

Climate Change Resource Center

The Climate Change Resource Center is a website full of important information on climate change and how it is presented in the United States. The website is managed in collaboration with the U.S. Forest Service and the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

National Geographic Encyclopedia

Most of our Environmental Sciences' course contain some physical processes and events that are hard to grasp by using the textbook, or class materials by itself. It is always helpful to use supplemental material in order to understand. One go-to that is used to explain some of these concepts is National Geographic's Encyclopedia. Mostly intended for early students, the Encyclopedia breaks down every process by steps and examples. Check it out!
