Healthy Diet
Leading a healthy lifestyle does imply caring about what we eat but also about how this can impact on the community we live in. Our aims are:
- learning to make conscious choices on what we consume,
- learning concepts such as local production, slow-food, designation of origin...
- getting to know food locally produced and production processes,
- promoting each countries products abroad

WHAT IS A PROTECTED DESIGNATION OF ORIGIN?

To find out about the implications of consuming PDO products students interviewed the President of the PDO "Catalunya".

ELECTRONIC RECIPE BOOK
Basing on the above mentioned local products analysed in each country, students have created an electronic recipebook which contains traditional recipes from Greece, Portugal and Spain . Our “International e-recipebook” is a collection of international dishes both in English and the national language of their partner country of origin and aims at promoting a healthy diet and our local products abroad. Furthermore, it is also intended for absolutely everybody to open to new ingredients and flavours, to get to know a part of our European neighbours' culture (and even language).
