HGR FAQ

Hub Gig Reader (HGR) is an independent Android app for delivery drivers. It helps you review supported offers and hear alerts for matches.

Supported workflows: Roadie search assistance and Notification Mode for supported notifications from services such as Bunji, Frayt, and Curri. Support can change when these apps update. HGR is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies.

Availability and pricing: HGR is available for Android. Check Google Play for device compatibility and current pricing or in-app purchases.

Does HGR accept gigs for me?

No. HGR helps you notice and evaluate offers. You remain in control and make every acceptance decision.

What does HGR automate?

HGR can automate supported search steps you enable and alert you when offers match your settings. It does not accept or complete deliveries for you. You review offers and take action in the delivery app.

Which phones are supported?

HGR is currently available for Android.

What is the difference between Interval and Refresh modes?

Interval Mode checks on a schedule. Refresh Mode repeatedly refreshes a supported offer screen until you stop it.

Can I control which offers are announced?

Yes. Filters can include payout, mileage, stops, size, locations, and keywords.

Can HGR read notification and text-message offers?

When you enable the related Android permissions and app settings, HGR can surface supported offer information from those sources.

Does HGR continuously track my location?

No. Location is used only for features that need it, such as nearby delivery context, according to your app permissions.
