Delete Your HubGig Reader Account

HubGig Reader respects your privacy and gives you full control over your personal data. This page explains:

1. How to Request Deletion

1. Go to our Contact Us page.
   
   

2. Send us a message with the subject “HubGig Reader Account Deletion Request”.
   
   

3. In the body, include the email address you used to sign up.
   
   

Once we receive your request, we’ll verify your identity and begin the deletion process.

2. What We Delete

When you request account deletion, we will permanently remove:

• Your account credentials (your email address in Firebase Auth)
  
  

• All in-app data tied to your account (e.g. reading progress, bookmarks, settings)
  
  

After deletion, you will no longer be able to sign in or recover any of this data.

3. What We Retain

To comply with legal and tax obligations, we may keep:

• Aggregated & anonymized usage statistics (no personal identifiers) — indefinitely, for product improvement
  
  

• Billing records (transaction date & amount only) — up to 7 years
  
  

We never sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.
