國際柏拉圖學會(IPS)電子期刊的消息

國際柏拉圖學會設有電子期刊，基本上每年一期，下面的消息中可以連結到2008年當期學報，以及本期介紹和下期徵稿。

Dear Colleagues,

It is a pleasure for me to announce the the latest issue of Plato (The Internet Journal of the International Plato Society) is now available at the following URL : http://gramata.univ-paris1.fr/Plato/

The website of the journal is now hosted by the University of Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne and the Equipe dccueil 2482 ramata?(Groupe de Recherches Antiquit?Moyen-Age Tradition Arabe). Thanks to the amazingly

good work of Olivier Renaut (Lecturer in Ancient Philosophy at the University of Paris 10 Nanterre), it has brand new outlook.

Issue n? includes four papers : one by Barry Dixon (Dublin) on the Phaedrus and the Ion, one by Harold Tarrant (Newcastle, Australia) on the Philebus and the Magna Moralia, one by Francesco Fronterrota (Lecce) on the causal efficiency of Platonic forms and one by Sylvain Delcomminette (Brussells) on parts and faculties of the soul in Plato.

Gretchen Reydams-Schills is in charge of the Review section, which includes a review of recent scholarly work on the Symposium by Francisco Gonzalez (Skidmore) and a review of Malcolm Schofield latest book (Plato. Political Philosophy, OUP, 2006) by Stefan Sch顤n (Wzburg / Rutgers).
