All prospective candidates for a Real Estate License must:
- Be at least 19 years of age.
- Submit a copy of one of the following:
- High School Diploma
- GED (approved by the US Dept of Education)
- College transcripts (showing completion of two full terms)
- Teaching Certification
- DD-214 (showing verification of high school completion)
- Be a US Citizen, a permanent resident alien, or be legally present in the U.S.
- Not have pled guilty to or been convicted of a felony or crime involving moral turpitude
- Take and pass the prescribed 60 hour course
- Pass the state licensing exam with a minimum score of 70%
Enroll in a Real Estate School
Classes may be taken at Either of Our Schools.
