Who is eligible for a salesperson license in Alabama?
All prospective candidates for a Real Estate License must:
Be at least
19 years of age
.
Submit a copy of one of the following:
High School Diploma
GED
(approved by the US Dept of Education)
College transcripts
(showing completion of two full terms)
Teaching Certification
DD-214
(showing verification of high school completion)
Be a US Citizen, a permanent resident alien, or be legally present in the U.S.
Not have pled guilty to or been convicted of a felony or crime involving moral turpitude
Take
and
pass
the prescribed
60 hour course
Pass
the state licensing exam with a
minimum score of 70%
Enroll in a Real Estate School
Classes may be taken at Either of Our Schools.
