The course is 10 weeks long and is taught on Mondays and Thursday evenings
from 6:00 - 9:00 pm.
Candidates should know before beginning a course in real estate that every licensee is required to have a certain level of proficiency in mathematics. There are 10 math questions on the State Exam.
YOU WILL HAVE MATH HOMEWORK EVERY NIGHT OF CLASS
The licensing exam that the state administers is challenging. That is why it is so important to read your assignments and complete your homework so you are prepared for the next class.
You will be TESTED WEEKLY DURING the COURSE.
The state has high standards for those wishing to become a real estate licensee, and even higher standards for the real estate instructors who train candidates for a license.
State law allows the student to take the State Licensing exam, as many times as they wish, so long as they pass the exam within 6 months after completing the course. However, each time a student fails the state exam, not only does it reflect poorly on the student, but it likewise reflects poorly on their instructor.
To that end, our instructors have set the highest personal standards for themselves in all aspects of their real estate careers, both as licensed real estate brokers and real estate instructors. They strive to maintain the highest possible standards of professional knowledge, ethical conduct, and require nothing less from those taking their course.
We expect our students to complete our courses and go on to pass the state license exam the FIRST time.
