Culturally Responsive Pedagogy must start with addressing implicit Bias.
Addressing one's implicit biases is part of the work but not the starting point. Focus on your instruction first, then reflect on how your cognitive framework informs your instruction.

Establishing a trusting relationship with students provides the on-ramp for students to do the heavy cognitive lifting.
