THE ONBOARDING PROCESS FOR THE VISA APPLICATION OF OVERSEAS CANDIDATES AFTER RECEIVING A JOB OFFER.
Congratulations on receiving a job offer! We are excited to have you join our company. In order to facilitate your visa application process, please follow the steps outlined below:

Step 1: Candidate Preparation (to be completed and sent to the company):

Complete Contact Information:

● Email

● Phone Number

● Mailing Address of Residence

Personal Details:

● Religion

● Gender

Required Documents:

● Signed Job Offer Letter

● Copy of Passport (ensure passport validity is more than 6 months)

● Certificates of Study (School if not managing position)

● Country/City of Departure (Airport)

Step 2: Company Processing (to be sent to the candidate for visa agency processing):

Visa Documentation:

● VISA from Qiwa (to be issued by US / Recruitment company in KSA)

● Delegation for Agency from the Country of Departure

● Copy of the Saudi Employment Contract, signed by both parties and attested by the Saudi Chamber of Commerce and the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

● Company Saudi Trading License

● Company CR (Commercial Registration)

● Letter of Visa Request issued by the applicant's company on official letterhead, addressed to the Chief of the Saudi Consulate in the candidate's location. The letter must be attested by the Chamber of Commerce and issued by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

● Work Permit issued by the competent authorities in KSA or Registration at Saudi Ministry of Work (Tafwid)

Step 3: Candidate Preparation for Visa Agency Processing:

Gather the following documents:

Physical Passport

● Passport must have a validity of at least 6 months

● Passport must not contain any restrictions and must authorize its holder to return to the issuing country

● Passport must contain at least two blank facing pages

● All previous Saudi Visas (if applicable) must be expired

● Photocopy of the Passport (in color, not black and white)

● Two high-definition passport-sized photographs on a white background

Medical Report:

● A Medical Report is required and can be obtained from an authorized health authority. Please download the form from the "Download Forms" section and have it completed and signed by your doctor.

● HIV and HCV tests (Original and recent, not more than 2 months old)

● For those working in the restaurant field, a Hepatitis B test is also required (Original and recent, not more than 2 months old)

Original Criminal Record:

● A clean criminal record is needed to qualify for a Saudi Visa

● The record can have a maximum validity of 6 months

Attested Certificate of Study/Academic Degree:

● Check with your agency for specific requirements in your country to attest the certificate of study by the local authority and Saudi Consulate.

Step 4: Visa Processing Timeline:

Agency Process:

● Our company  will initiate the visa process by issuing the VISA from the Qiwa Platform, which takes approximately 3-5 working days. The required documents are mentioned in Step 2 above.

● Simultaneously, we will prepare the employment contract and send it to you within 3-7 days, depending on your location.

Agency Delegation:

● After the visa is approved, we will delegate an agency from the country of departure within 2-4 working days.

Appointment Booking:

● Once you have received all the documents from the company (mentioned in Step 2 above) and have collected all the required documents from your side (mentioned in Step 3 above), contact the agency to book an appointment for a Work Visa. Please submit all the documents to the agency.

Visa Processing at Saudi Embassy:

● The agency will process your visa application at the Saudi embassy located in the country of departure. This process typically takes 1-2 weeks.
