Thicker dressings like foams and zetuvit with moderately to highly exduating wounds. These can be harder to tape around curves. They can last 2-7 days. If staining is seen through the dressing at about 50-75% cahnge. A wet dressing smells, can become more painful too.
A blister or heel wounds can be oozing and needs a moist wound environment to heal
A foam dressing or zetuvit, mesorb, tegaderm can be used in curved areas but may need to be cut around a heel and big toe othese it leaves a fold which can be a area of further pressure
Curve the dressing around and the notch will join together
Tape well top, bottom and side and secure.

Crepe Bandage and tubular sock than be used to hold in place
One can also apply a further absorbent dressing like combine or a sanitary pad
Baby nappies can be used to cradle heels at night and also other areas to stop leakage on the bed.
