SPICY SIDE DISH THAT WILL MAKE YOU SWEAT!
PREPARE YOUR INGREDIENTS
Cut the Cabbage into bite sizes then soak it into water.
Prepare the Paste
Blend 6pcs Garlic
1 pc white medium onion
1 small ginger
1 small apple
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons patis
2 tablespoons gochugaru
2 tablespoons gochugang
into a container.
(May adjust according to taste or spice preference.)
If you have a blender you may use that, if none, use grater.
After mixing, set aside.
Cut 1pc spring onion into julienne cut.
Put it into the container with the newly made paste.
Cut 1pc carrot into julienne cut.
Put it into the container with the newly made paste.
After soaking cabbage in salt, rinse two times and squeeze excess water, drain thoroughly.
Make sure cabbage is dry before adding it to the paste.
