October 10, 2022 - After my public comment Dr. Oskar Scheikl explained, "We do not automatically select VSBA policy when there is one."
. . .but he failed to remember that on July 12, 2021 he had also explained, "why we constantly adopt VSBA policies."

America was built to unite; Critical Race Theory divides. There are all kinds of curriculum choices out there that will put a nail in the coffin of CRT. I will not support Marxist ideologies that separate our people, and more importantly our students, based on race. I have been studying CRT and Marxism in curriculum and resources for the last 2 summers and as a number one agenda item, I will start working to eradicate these teachings from Rockingham County Public Schools. It is definitely there!
