Alempi Talonpojantie 4 locates right next to the student village of Latokartano and the fields of Viikki. The property was built in 2002. The B stairway includes a clubroom in which the tenant committee typically hosts the tenant committee meetings due to the central location and good setting.
The clubroom's comfy and roomy sofas offer an excellent place for common chill evenings alongside a movie or games. The clubroom also includes a table, around which you can dine with your guests or have a meeting with a bigger group. The clubroom does not have an actual kitchen: to replace this missing functionality there is a kitchen top and a fridge and a microwave. The tenant committee has provided the clubroom with a mini-oven so that small-scale cooking is also possible. 

Please note that the clubroom key is usually delivered the day before the reservation and returned the day after the reservation (after the cleaning is done). Therefore, if the day is marked on the calendar as reserved, we do not guarantee reserving the clubroom either one day before or after that day.
